Ms. Tritch is currently employed as the Communications Manager for the Talent Initiative, which is a 10-county, $20 million regional program focused on expanding the number of highly qualified workers in northeast Indiana, particularly in STEM-related fields. Prior to her employment with the Talent Initiative, she served as the Marketing & Events Director at the Downtown Improvement District in Fort Wayne. In addition to her service on the Schwab Foundation board, Ms. Tritch serves on the Events Committee of the Cinema Center and has also volunteered for the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI) and the 2020 Vision Project. She holds a B.A. in Theatre and Drama from Indiana University – Bloomington.
