Ms. Mosier brings over 30 years of experience in educational leadership roles to the Schwab Foundation board. She has been the Chancellor of Ivy Tech Community College – Northeast Indiana since 2010. Her career spans five community colleges in three states, including 12 years as Vice President of Workforce Development and Training at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood, WA. She holds a doctorate in higher education administration from Oklahoma State University, an M.A. in learning disabilities from the University of Tulsa, and a B.S. in special education from Oklahoma State University.
