As the founder of Ruffolo Benson and a founding director of Tower Bank, Mr. Ruffolo has over 30 years of experience in international, franchise, finance, production, transportation, and government arenas. He currently sits on numerous boards, including Steel Dynamics, Kitty Hawk, Inc., Beltmenn Transportation Group, Parkview Health, and DeKalb Plastics. In addition to his service with the Schwab Foundation, Mr. Ruffolo has also served as the Chair of the Fort Wayne Park Board and has been a faculty member of the Graduate Business Program at IPFW. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Harvard Business Scholl Advanced Management Program.
