Mr. Ferguson is the president of Ferguson Advertising, a full-service marketing and communications agency, where he manages the account service and business side of the agency, as well as provides overall direction for business development.  In addition to his service on the Schwab Foundation board, Mr. Ferguson also serves on the boards of Junior Achievement, the Young President Organization, and the Mad Anthonys. Prior board commitments include the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, the Fort Wayne Chamber BIZPAC, and the Fort Wayne Downtown Improvement District. He holds a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
