Concept letters (two pages, max) for planning and/or pilot programs should be submitted no later than March 31st of each year in order for the Board to determine whether a full proposal will be requested. NOTE: Concept letters are not required for ongoing or previously funded programs.

Full proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 31st of each year. In fairness to all applicants, no late submissions will be accepted. All applicants will be notified of the Board’s decision within 30 days. Notification will be sent via letter.

As a condition of the receipt of grant funds, all organizations must agree to submit a full financial accounting and narrative report detailing program outcomes within 60 days after the end of the grant period. If possible, photographs (jpeg preferred) of the program/project should be included with the final report.
