The Schwab Foundation’s primary focus is organizations and programs that serve students in middle and high school in Allen County. However, the Foundation will also consider programs that serve students in the five contiguous counties of Noble, DeKalb, Adams, Wells, Huntington, and Whitley. Applicant agencies must be schools, school districts, and/or 501(c)(3) organizations and agencies.
