Olin B. And Desta Schwab Foundation Names New Board Member and Announces Re-Election of Three Directors and Officers for 2012
Fort Wayne, IN - The Olin B. and Desta Schwab Foundation announced that it has named Holly Brady to the Foundation Board of Directors. Ms. Brady is an attorney at the law firm of Haller & Colvin PC where she focuses on employment law. She also practices commercial and civil litigation. Ms. Brady attended the Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana and received her J.D. at Indiana Law School – Bloomington, Indiana. Ms. Brady is a member and on the Board of Directors of the Allen County Bar Association and their chairperson for the Labor and Employment Section. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Community Defenders Program. “We are very pleased that Holly is joining our Board. She brings an impressive work background and is well respected in the community for her professionalism and analytical ability to arrive at the right conclusion,” said Jim Johnston, Olin B. and Desta Schwab Foundation Board President.
The Foundation also announced today that it has re-elected three Board of Directors to additional three year terms. Directors re-elected were Matt Bell – CEO, Regional Chamber of Northeast Indiana; Jerrilee Mosier – Chancellor, Ivy Tech Community College Northeast IN; and Kathleen Randolph – President & CEO of Partners for Workforce Solutions, Inc. Officers were also elected for 2012: President - M. James Johnston; Vice President – Kathleen Randolph; Secretary – Matt Bell; and Treasurer – Kerry Burda.
